Job Title: Applied AI Internship (Paid)
Location: Design District, North Greenwich, London (Hybrid/Office-Based)
Salary:  £13.85 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed-term, 3 months
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

AI Accelerator is an award-winning AI consultancy dedicated to helping businesses harness AI through training, workshops, and digital products. We specialise in making AI practical, connecting the dots, and keeping businesses ahead of the curve.

This is an opportunity to shape real-world AI adoption strategies. You'll be working directly with our founder, Mike Chatterton, to develop and refine consultancy services, digital products, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI Use Case Development & Documentation

• Expand our library of AI use cases by adding detail, testing, and refining explanations.
• Develop practical AI demonstrations to showcase real-world applications.
• Create compelling visuals and content to make AI use cases engaging and accessible.

Business Automation & Process Improvement

• Organise and streamline business data using Notion.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to optimise workflows.
• Develop smarter customer journey processes to improve user experience.
• Assist in setting up automated online forms and evaluating platform efficiency.

SEO & Website Enhancement

• Conduct SEO research and develop a strategy to increase website visibility.
• Review and update website content for clarity, engagement, and AI relevance.
• Identify ways to improve the execution and functionality of the AI Accelerator website.

Workshop Development & Delivery

• Support the development of cutting-edge AI workshops for SMEs and professionals.
• Work directly with the founder to co-facilitate AI training sessions.

Office & Operational Setup

• Assist in setting up our new office in North Greenwich to create a productive workspace.

What We’re Looking For 

• Degree-level education (any field with strong analytical, tech, or creative skills)
• Organised & Detail-Oriented – You can manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy & Digitally Native – Comfortable with tools like Notion, Figma, Make.com, n8n, Adobe Suite, ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, and Gemini.
• Proactive Problem-Solver – You take initiative and find solutions rather than waiting for direction.
• Confident Communicator – You can explain complex AI concepts clearly and visually.
• Creative & Curious – Passionate about exploring AI applications in innovative ways.
